Hey, check out Texas A&M-Commerce. It is a small town school in the A&M system. It has a NCAA 2-A football team. But the band program is very solid. Brad Kent is the director of bands there. He was with the lewisville HS Band for a long time and brought that program out of the ashes. He is doing wonders for the program out there. Right now the scholarships are minimal, but with a couple more years of work they will be up there and be a good source for money during school. They perform at all the home games, plus three to five exhibitions a year. The only downside is, they do one marching show a year. But, by the time exhibitions roll round, they are the best looking college marching band out there. Well, good luck with your research.

Matt
