I'm 88% certain that the above pictured horn is a G-Euphonium(NOT G-baritone) with either DEG or Dynasty stamped on the bell. I bought one of these a few years ago for about $60. The 3rd valve wrap and the way the leadpipe goes around it are identical to the one that I once owned. I ended up using it to learn how to bend brass tubing- needless to say, it no longer exists(though I did have a TON of fun putting it to death).
