I'm actually not sure. I would think that tightening corners wouldn't be so much the issue, but keeping your cheeks firm would be the hard part. I had a horn like that once and I still need to loosen up a bit on the horn that I have now.
Here's what I suggest (there's probably somebody out there with a much better idea). If you have a daily warm up routine, I would stick to the exercises (or sections of the exercises) that gear towards longer tones and stick to your mid and mid-low registers (say C below to D in the middle). Play those exercises and put all of your concentration on the corners. When you get comfortable with your corners in this register, start expanding downwards. After a while, you should hardly have to concentrate on them at all, however this is not a quick fix. It does take time, so be patient.
