I am wondering if anyone out there has any experience with altering the tone from a given mthpc by using a a green dish scrubber on certain areas of the cup. I had a friend work on one of mine that way once and it did wonders for the tone. Unfortunately, he was too busy to teach me how and now he's in Florida and I'm in NY, so it's a bit late to start class now. Can any of you offer advice on how to learn w/o destroying too many mthpcs?
