The Doug Yeo is as big or bigger in diameter than the Bach 1, but is more comfortable and has a more 'trombone' sound and a much better upper register than the toilet bowl sized Bach 1 or Schilke 60. I would highly recommend it as a do everything well bass trombone mouthpiece. My teacher bought one after trying mine, and my bass bone playing friend is also buying one. It is THAT good.
