This is just a sampling of the material I have played over the years. Some of the material is very good, my opinion only, and some of it not very good. I have concentrated in recent years on playing music that is tonal, has melodic content, and is playable by the majority of tuba players as well as the accompanist.
Hope this helps in your quest to get a list of literature.

P.S. - Any of you knowing of performance venues for an aspiring soloist (me) let me know. I hope to be performing on a couple of the ITEA regional conventions this next year and would like to do the same in your area or school.
