They were a lot more interested in the fact that I only had my drivers license as ID.
Fortunately I had my sons birth certificate, and it listed me as the father!
I told him I bought a used Tuba, he just waived me through at that point. No Duty asked for or paid! Hmmm... how often does a government employee pass on collecting a fee? Not that often in my experience - but it was a nice surprise today!
