Kenneth:

The new UMI receiver will seat many American shank mouthpieces real deep, but that's the way it's intended to work. A few mouthpieces (like Benge copies of Bachs') may bottom out completely. The one's you've listed should be okay.

The horn is very mouthpiece-friendly. Just about anything stock will "work" okay in terms of intonation, etc. A lot of players are using Helleburg style mouthpieces on this horn. As a starting point I would suggest the Doug Elliot you've got, or the UMI 2 (same as the old Conn 2) which I believe is included with the new King. The Yama 67C4 ain't bad, if a bowl cup is your thing, but you'll likely get more meat from the King on your D.E. The 67C4 throat isn't real big.

Good luck!
