Joe, good job finding the picture. That's the thing about the internet, it's easy to get stuff from websites, if the owners don't put up enough safeguards. I wouldn't say taking that picture was illegally stealing at all. I don't have a copyright on it, and I've got permission to have the picture up there.
Music, however, is copyrighted, and therefore even if you CAN get away with it, SHOULD you do it?
Good choice of picture, though ;-)
