I have a DEG tuba stand that I use from time to time, but it is not 100% satisfactory because the euph is much lighter than a tuba, so it moves around more, the horn is away from the body, and it is hard to lock in a good playing position with a 3+1 valve horn.
It would probably work fine with a 4-inline valve horn.
I used to use a Stewart stand, which was more stable, but I don't like the offcenter mount. I have been thinking of adding velcro tape to a block of foam and putting that
on the bottom of the horn to raise it a few inches.
I think euph mfrs. need to do some ergonomic studies to evaluate the correct height for
mouthpipe and valves...
