I agree with everything you say about rap, but there's some guys out there avoiding the bad stuff in it, and even doing parodies to keep the same beats that made the originals so popular.
I don't care for rap out of personal preference, along with the pervasive anti-social message, but the one I mentioned above was quite entertaining for its purpose.
