For the PT6 you would have to use the large tuba case which is pretty heavy but probably the lightest flight case you can get. For the PT3 you could use the medium size case which is smaller and lighter. I think the PT3 in the medium case would be around 50 lbs. I think most airlines will charge you extra if it weighs over 50 lbs but they do not always weigh them either.
