I try my best to get in between 2 and 3 hours a day. If I am on a deadline for learning something, I will bump that up to around 5 hours a day. It's all about learning what your body can do in one day and still be moving forward. I know a guy here at school that used to practice 8-10 hours a day. He was not doing it correctly, and consequently, was digressing rather than progressing. Good luck.-Josh
