OK OK, I was trying to describe the tone hole, the place where the "reed" is located. I knew I was in trouble without the study close by, all my mind could come up with was embouchure.
That's what happens to you when you teach high school band for 7 years.
So many of my colleagues from those years are already in the home, I shouldn't complain.
I hope I cleared my mis-statement up sufficiently.
