Brook Mays music stores around Dallas are the only places I know of that can handle chemical cleans on such a large instrument. They did my tuba 2 1/2 years ago when I bought it and I feel they did a good job. I have not had it done since as I try to keep my horn clean and will put it in the bathtub and flush it every couple of months. Most of the "better" shops are much smaller and just don't have the correct equipment to do cleaning on such large instruments.

By the way, if you have never taken rotors apart, be careful. It can be a little tricky and I'd hate to see something broken or damaged as a result.

Check the phone book. Chances are there is a Brook Mays fairly close to your location.
