I would suggest being discrete and cautious when dealing with copyright laws. The most common way of obtaining euphonium excerpts has been to infiltrate the closest wind band library, borrow the parts and make copies. In the amount of time I have been involved with the high school and college euphonium world, this is how it's done. I am assuming, but the FSU excerpt material is most likely photocopies. I could be wrong...
