The answer of Mark is really good. Another hint from me try to speak takataka with a close look to your larynx it should not move, or just only a little bit.Try to avoid up and down movements of the larynx, control with the hand.
Then when it works with the voice
try to copy it exactly with the instrument. This helped me good luck. Greeting from Germany
