I'm new to rotaries also, and I've been removing mine to lubricate them. . . a real hassle! If I understand what Tommo means by "tapping" (removing the linkage and the back and tapping the valve out of its housing), I guess that's the wrong thing to do. Are you folks saying that you almost always lubricate your rotary valves through the tubing and/or just the spindle on the back?
