Well, I have a friend that plays one on his CC. He loves it AND sounds great on it. I tried his and hated it. To me, it had the response of a brick and I felt like I was fighting it more than playing it. It DOES add a lot of mass to the sound but I don't think it necessarily justifies the loss of control...plus it cuts out too many of the higher overtones for my taste.
