I think they are pretty much the same...and yes, same for the C and Symphonic models.
The Bobo solo is a great mouthpiece, I think. It has a clear, centered sound and a really good response. Because it's so clear, it also serves as a great teaching tool. You can really hear when you're not totally precise with articulation, etc. It's also relatively comfortable to play.
The Symphonic model is not as good as the solo, IMHO. It has the same type of clear, centered sound, but it makes me feel pinched and uncomfortable.
