The valve set was turned basically for ergonics. Bobo and I had a discussion about his horn vs. mine...the 621. He loved that horn...he just wanted something a little more comfortable to play. I'm having the same problems he had with the ackward position my wrist is in when I play the 621. Roger eliminated that problem with his new and improved version.
And Steve is right....those are some HUGE valve buttons on his horn. I'd love to get my hands on some of that "super-neoprene"...it's good stuff!
