Well, personally I like the Tuxedo bag by Humes & Berg. It has VERY thick padding, fits my 186 well, has a handle (useless), backpack style straps and a removeable shoulder strap that doubles nicely as a shoulder strap for your horn, should you need to play while standing (TubaChristmas).
