Yes. The fingerings are not the same. (at least not completely)

The only thing is that it is the LENGTH of the horn that determines pitch, not the size. There are F tubas that, physically, can be quite larger in SIZE than some B-flat tubas. Each of the different keyed tubas (B-flat, C, E-flat, F, etc.) ALL have their own distinct fingering systems. Sorry to be so long winded. Hope this helps.
