Brian, I bought my first RB gig bag about 14 years ago. After about 5-7 years (?) one of the seams came undone and a buckle broke. I called them and talked to someone about getting it fixed. They said to ship it to them in San Fran and they would fix it. The typical cost of a repair was $35. So I shipped it out to them. A few days later they called and said they received the bag and were baffled as to why the seam pulled out. Rather than fix it they offered to sell me a new bag for $50. Needless to say I took them up on it. I have had that bag ever since and it has been great. BTW, this was a cordura bag not a leather one. I asked if they would be willing to give me a similar discount on a leather bag and they quoted my $250! I went with the $50 cordura bag. I still kick myself everytime I think about it. RB seems to be a very fine company which stands behind its products. ken k
P.S. check the net perhaps there is an email address for them.
