The MW 45SLP is one of the best F's on the market today. It's price is right. It can be used in any type of playing situation from solos to orchestral works. Most people that play this horn describe it as an instrument that plays itself. The low register is solid as a rock, yet the upper end is a singing German F sound. One of the things that I love about this horn the most is that you can not only play loud enough to keep up with a large orchestra, but you can play so soft...with little effort....that people will have to strain to hear that you are still playing.

This is by no means the only quality F made. There are excellent instruments made by Miraphone, Rudy Meinl, and Yamaha as well as others. I've played just about every F on the market, and I still have yet to find anything that's as good a horn and a value as the MW 45SLP.
