Tom, with all due respect, this is a public forum. You will get answers to all sorts of questions you didn't ask, because you don't own the conversation. The answer someone else gives to a different question may spark a new line of enquiry and solve someone else's marginally related problem. It may not help you, but it still has value, and it may never have come up but for your unrelated question.

That's How It Works.

Getting angry at what you consider to be non-responsive answers just makes people not want to answer you at all.

Had you not described the problem as the difference between horn designs and player dimensions, which is a problem easily solved without an adjustible horn, and just asked your question, you might have gotten the answers you seek more directly. Or, maybe not. Either way, frustration is inappropriate.
