Reference books:

The Tuba Source Book
Wind and Song - Brian Fredrickson
The Tuba Family - Clifford Bevan

Etude books:

Rochut - Books 2 & 3
Blazevich 70 Studies in 2 volumes
Arban's Famous Method (Trombone down an octave, or Trumpet if you play CC tuba [the trumpet transpositions for BBb tuba really confuse me. Who ever had the arrogance to change the music just because you don't want to learn new fingerings?])
Remington's Warm-Ups
Wesley Jacobs' low range studies (the name escapes me)

Solos:

Introduction and Dance - Barat
Hartley Unaccompanied Suite
Sonata - David Uber
Mozart Horn Concerto in Eb (Change the clef and add 3 flats to the key signature)
Mozart - O Isis and Osiris
Beversdorf Sonata

Excerpts:

Torchinsky Orchestral Excerpts in several volumes

CD's:

Go to Amazon.com, and search under tuba in classical music. There are at least 75 cd's by various artists. Listening is as important as playing. It doesn't hurt to listen to Cellists, Violinists, and other wind soloists as well.

That should keep you occupied for a decade or so. ;^)
