Well, I am currently using the Blazhevich book, Bordogni etudes (as written and down one octave), Ostrander shifting meter studies, which does offer SOME in the way of tuba technique, but mostly offers rythm reading studies, and Tyrell 40 Advamced studies, which are good all around. The Blazhevich are great; I used one for a jury performance piece.
