Conn Helleberg 7B's are great mouthpieces. They produce a very focused sound.
In order to eliminate the fatigue problem you probably need to be more efficient with your air and not use so much pressure on your face. By efficient air, I mean lots of it!!! You will notice that when you take the pressure off of your face you will automatically need to use more air in order to get your lips to buzz. This is good. Then use your air like you are blowing like the wind. No resistence just flowing air starting with a full breath. If you have a breathing bag you should practice filling it up in a relaxed manner and watch the bag move slowly as your air fills it up. This will help your buzzing and eventually your sound will be better and you won't be fatigued.
