If you have ever seen the Schilke adjustable cup mp you would now it is not something normal. I had a chance to toot on Dave Fedderly's one time during a lesson and it does have an odd shape. It is pretty bulky. I will have to pull out my Mahler 5 video again because I think he was actually using his Helleberg on that one, not sure. There are some close up shots.
