I made the switch at the end of August, and only very recently have I reached the point where my hands are as quick as they were on BBb. After a month I was doing alright but I would still make slip-ups, especially when sight-reading.
Andy's quite right: if you keep working at it, it will come.
Here are some tactics that helped me:
-Play an open fundamental and think C..C..C..C
-Play a C scale slowly and think C...D...E...F as you go; your fingers will 'remember' the BBb fingerings, you just have to 'retrain' the mental connection.
-Grab some old etude books, pick an etude and play it *very* slowly. Focus on the written note, say the note name in your head and play the correct CC fingering for every note.
-Avoid transposing (i.e. thinking of every note as 'BBb fingerings up a whole tone'), as this will likely slow you down later.
-Finally, acknowledge that it will take time, and for sure it will be frustrating. Everyone goes through this difficult phase; consider it a rite of passage. Keep working hard, and good luck!
