This might sound hokey but it has worked for a couple of my students who had troubles with the switch. Make yourself a set of flashcards. On one side, write a note on the staff (could also be above or below if you like) just as you would see it in a real piece of music. On the other side of the card, write in the note name and the CC tuba fingering. By doing this, you'll benefit in two ways: first, you'll learn each fingering as you make the set of cards and also associate the two in the process (a memory technique); second, you can then drill yourself by mixing up the cards and seeing just how fast you can blurt out the correct fingering as you look at the cards. Trying to sublimate this process is a good goal. Best of luck to you!
