I agree with Charlie that you must decide what kind of F-tuba you are looking for. I too prefer the Mirafone sound to the B&S Ftuba sound and they are also alot cheaper. I highly recommend the Mirafone 1816vGB. The MW 45SLP is a fine tuba but in my opinion has more of a small CC tuba sound and not the great traditional German F-tuba sound. There are many fine F-tubas on the market so you really need to play as many as possible to see what you like. Good luck. It can be a tough decision.
