I once went to N. Easton, Mass. to Rbt. King to order some music. They usually don't like to let anyone one in, but I was making a sizable order (This was at least 15 years ago). They pulled any selections that I wanted to view and put them on a table so I could check them out. There were 2 phones in my site. I made my way to the closest ready to take down any number I could find, but the phone had none! I then snooped to the other to find the same results. I have to admit that their service now with e-mail is excellent. They will respond.
