I wouldn't "compare" the two unless (collectively) challenged to do so.
In my opinion, using some overall arbitrary "points" system, the two would earn an equal score, though in quite different ways.
I've played two "pretty good" 56K tubas. I've played one el-sucko '55, one "fair" '55, and two "pretty good" '55's. I feel like I spent enough time with these various tubas (average an hour each in a quiet room) to form an opinion.
