You're probably going to have to buy it new from Allied or the like. Also buy crooks, etc. ready made unless you have the skills to bend and made other pieces. Since you're altering an older instrument, there's no reason to keep the tubing the same vintage. Indeed, if you were doing restoration work on a painting or other museum piece, you would be certain to make the infilled or inpainted parts look a little different so that the replacement part was obvious.
