In a simple toss up, I'd choose the MW25. I like the size of the Phillips, but the MW for me and others I spoke to was much better for sound quality, range, and volume. The Phillips is defined as a 3/4 size horn. I agree with trying some of those other suggested horns in these other follow-ups.
