As good as this advice is (and I have given it many times myself), I often find myself not following it with my own practice. Interesting, when Warren Deck visited Interlochen one summer, he was practicing using a metronome.
Now...two questions...
1. How many of you pros REALLY use one when you practice?
2. How do I keep mine from speeding up and slowing down all the time?!
