If the "refurbishing" involved some reFINISHING, the guy who buffed around that solder joint might have (???) gotten it a bit too hot and weakened the joint. Regardless, its not big deal as long as the place that sold it to you is reasonable has a good repair guy.
If the instrument was COMPLETELY "refurbished" (refinished/relaquered like new), I would also ask for a minor rebate, due to the minor lacquer distress that the repair will necessarily cause, but otherwise just ask them to repair it well and at no charge.
