Flute players from all over the United States join with the Silver
Winds flute choir to create a flute orchestra for this event.
Instruments include the full range of voices, from piccolo to
sub-subcontrabass flute. This year's concert takes place Saturday,
December 21, at the Vance Brand Civic Auditorium in Longmont, Colorado.
Ticket prices: Adults $10, students/seniors $8, lap children free.

Tickets will be available at the door only if the concert is not sold
out.
A highlight this year is a commissioned work from Jim Self, "We Three
Kings of Orient R". Jim's special friend from their college freshman
year asked for this tune, and "something upbeat that would please a
general audience." Jim has obliged with a Hollywood masterpiece.
