This bears all of the earmarks of a common eBay scam. From the feedback profile, I can tell that there has been no activity in the last 6 months with this user and that the merchandise the user has (mostly) sold and bought are of the U.S. crafts market (candles, etc.). The location given is outside of the US in one of the Scandanavian countries. In short, it stinks.
Write the seller and see if you can get her phone number to talk to her about the instrument. Bet you don't get a response.
