We recently switched back over to a concert enviroment and thus our Conn 20Js. When we tried to play one of the three, it seemed as though it was clogged by something, for there was an incredible amount of resistance and no notes would emit without great effort. All of the slides are clear, as is the bell joint, so we assume that it has something foreign lodged in the tube opposite the bell. Any hints on how to remove it? Also, a strange fishy smell accompanied the clog when we removed the bell and tried to unclog it. Suggestions?
