Well, for Rice alums, being present at that game seems to be the equivalent of being at Woodstock. I wasn't there. In fact, the closest I usually got to Rice football was playing foosball with Tommy Kramer at the local pub.

You can only watch so many brutal losses before you have to stop looking. I think at the time the entire Rice Student body was about 2,500 and Texas was what 45,000+ and A&M 25,000? Boy do I miss the Southwest Conference! Rice didn't win much, but when it did...

It was all in fun, but I promise no more Aggie jokes. BTW, Texas and A&M were my second and third choices of schools in Texas. Not necessarly in that order.

One question though: Who designed the I-610 - U.S. 59 interchange?
