My oral surgeon said I may have a numb lower lip after the surgery, as the teeth were touching a nerve.
6 years later and I have only partial feeling in half of my lower lip and chin, and have received a second opinion that agreed that it wouldn't improve. I wish I'd sued.
Funny thing is it doesn't affect my playing at all.
