The 190's are the type of horn that if you want to purchase a new one, you should be trying as many examples of them to select the best. Since Mirafone hasn't made them for a while, thats probably not an option. I'd pass if its more than maybe 3k, and even then get a 30-day playing trial minimum (though it's likely your local tuba teacher will be able to tell you in 5 minutes if its a keeper or not)
