I second this reccomendation. I have used this resource to add to my ever growing CD collection, and have benefitted from it times over. So next year, when your folks ask you what you want for the holidays, just give them the book. As each year passes, with its copyright date at, I believe 1995, it grows slightly obsolete, but not by a longshot useless.
