You really don't need to transpose it, if you can find the "Horn in Eb" edition.
- The piece is in "concert" Eb. This means the "Horn in Eb" solo part's first note (concert Eb) is written C - on the first ledger line below the treble clef staff.
- If you pretend that the "Horn in Eb" music is in bass clef - and add a flat - the first note of the piece will be (concert Eb - BINGO! ) written Eb - on the first ledger line just below the bass clef staff.
