Agreed.
I've often disagreed with teachers, clinicians, etc., who overemphasize playing musically to the point that they seem to belittle technique.
I do believe technique is more important of the two, because bad technique can eclipse the best musicality.
But, I wasnt speaking of people who miss "most of the notes." I was speaking of those that miss 2 out of 800... and still get criticized for it. Everyone screws up, even the "monster" players...
