I don't think he did. He said "If you want a big, pro-quality BBb tuba..." Those are 3 different characteristics of the instrument that Sam said he was looking for, big, pro-quality, and BBb. There are other, smaller pro-quality horns available, but that's not what Sam wanted. The Miraphone 191 or 1291, VMI 3301/3302, or others could be considered pro-quality, but they are 4/4 sized.
