I caught this anomaly when I played three performances of the "Nutcracker" last weekend. Before the third performance, I asked the conductor about it and she agreed that the score and tuba part were probably in error. On the third performance I changed the tuba part to an Eb two bars before G, and an E natural one bar before G, and it sounded much better. Both the String Bass and Bass Trombone part have the E natural one bar before G, not two bars before G.
